Buzzcocks return to New Zealand with fellow UK band Modern English, for a fantastic night of British punk and post-punk anthems.

Throughout their career the Buzzcocks methodology has remained constant: short, sharp slices of sublime guitar punk pop music, revered by a global army of fans and vitally influential to legions of bands coming up behind.

2024 sees Buzzcocks hit New Zealand in glorious celebration of their essential punk hit history, which includes such crunchy delights as What Do I Get, Orgasm Addict, Promises, You Say You Don’t Love Me, I Don’t Mind, and of course the band’s UK top ten hit Ever Fallen In Love (With Someone You Shouldn’t Have Fallen In Love With).

Join Buzzcocks this November and witness the tour de force melody and menace of one of the UK’s original and definitive punk bands.

On the legendary 4AD label, Modern English were best known for timeless classics like I Melt With You, Hands Across The Sea, and Ink & Paper. This is the first time Modern English has played in New Zealand.
