Little May are bringing their signature sound of intricate harmonies, and well-crafted and emotionally-charged indie rock to the stage this Friday at Oxford Art Factory. With their new release 'Lover' marking a new era for the band, see them recapture the brilliant form that is Little May.

On Saturday, Greenwood Hotel is hosting legendary Norman Jay MBE for a rather large party called Good Times. Norman Jay will also be bringing with him reggae icon David Rodigan and Brazil's DJ Marky, playing a mix of funk and soul. We predict this is going to be a pretty mighty fine good time ;)

Head to Howler for a coupla laughs at Australia's largest and most prestigious open mic comedy competition, Raw Comedy! Hannah Gadsby, Ronny Cheng, Luke McGregor and Anne Edmonds have been amongst the competitors over the last 20 years of the competition so you're in for a decent LOL at this qualifying heat, that's for sure! 

Melbourne folk-pop band Parkville are releasing their new single 'Rooks' this Saturday at The Toff In Town. Help share in the excitement of the launch from 7 pm onwards.

If you're looking for something to spice up your Sunday, head down to Hotel Esplanade for a never-before-seen immersive music-meets-art experience. Swell 4.0 is a two-hour live art experience that invites you to choose-your-own-adventure through multiple interactive installations. Step inside a surreal world of reimagined live music, we dare ya!

The worlds leading house music label Defected Records returns to Brisbane for an exclusive club show at Prohibition, bringing with them international house DJ's Amine Edge & DANCE, Sam Divine and Robosonic.

Looking for something a little different to do this weekend? Gem Hotel is hosting an amazing day of bull riding, with three huge grandstands, food trucks and bars.

Following a huge 2018, seeing them sell out two national tours and release two new singles, Great Gable are kicking things off in 2019 with their biggest run of shows to date. They play at Jive this Friday, promoting their latest single 'Cool Mind Blue'.

If techno is more your thing, head to Fat Controller for Tell No Tales, a techno extravaganza lead by internationally renowned heavyweights Amelie Lens (Belgium), Luigi Madonna (Italy) and Sam Paganini (Italy).
