Taking the party northwest of Melbourne, the festival also unveils a new stomping ground in Ballarat - a town that knows a thing or two about hosting a good time.

WHAT IS TICKET REQUEST?

Take the stress out of ticket buying! With Ticket Request, you can submit your request ahead of time during our reservation period-no need to rush the moment tickets go on sale.

We will place a hold on your card for the full value of your request. If your request is successful, your card will be charged.

Tickets are subject to availability, your request may be unsuccessful.

CAN I CANCEL MY TICKET REQUEST?

If you want to cancel your Ticket Request, you can do so simply from your Moshtix account. Sign in, locate the order and click Cancel Request.

Requests can only be cancelled while they are pending. After a purchase is confirmed, the request cannot be cancelled.

Once a request is cancelled, you will need to either submit a new request or join the on sale to secure tickets.

DOES TICKET REQUEST GUARANTEE ME A TICKET?

Request fulfilment is subject to ticket availability, requesting a ticket does not guarantee that you will receive a ticket but does allow you to submit ahead of the on sale. Sit back and let us do the hard work for you! If your requested purchase is confirmed, you'll receive a Booking Confirmation email automatically.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY TICKET REQUEST WAS SUCCESSFUL?

If your request is successful, your payment method will be securely processed to confirm your booking. We will send you further instructions via email if your request is confirmed. You can also check the status of your Ticket Request from within your Moshtix Account.

Strummingbird is an all-ages event, but all minors (17 or under) must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
