Acknowledge the UN International Day of Persons with Disabilities for 2024 by joining us at Through the Roof inclusive Youth Arts festival 2024. A two-day youth arts festival with workshops, performances and a glitzy film premiere event. 

On Saturday we celebrate the unique and diverse talents of young people from Glass Ceiling Arts Collective’s youth programmes. We’ll set off with performances from our youth theatre groups so be prepared to be wowed by the incredible talents of our performers who always steal the show! This will be followed by the much anticipated screening of our youth films for 2024. Devised and created by our youth participants, this year’s films are set to give you the warm fuzzies as rangatahi get to tell their stories their way. Topped off by a glitzy red carpet event that is nothing short of Oscar worthy where our youth crew get to dance the night away to a DJ, this will definitely be a night to remember!

Walk-Ups

Non-ticket holders are welcome to come to the venue on event day and if there is space available, you will be admitted at the discretion of the Ushers, even after ticket allocation is exhausted.

1.30pm - Doors open

2pm - On stage performances begin

3:30pm - Break 

4pm - Hunua room foyer opens for red carpet event

4:30pm - Film screening begin 

5: 30pm - Break

6:30pm - Disco in the Hunua room for youth participants.
