• Seating is General Admission. We recommend arriving early to find preferred seating together.  
• Private carriages may be available on request if you have a group of 30+ passengers. 

Food and Beverage

•  Please note that there is no Café onboard this service. You are welcome to bring your own snacks but please no hot food or drinks. For more information, please refer to our Terms & Conditions.

• Unlock discounted tickets by entering LOCAL in the Access key field at the online checkout. 
• Proof of local residency (i.e. Dunedin City utility bill) will be required at check-in.

• No disembarking permitted along the journey or during the operational stop in Waitati. 
• We have limited storage space onboard. If you wish to travel with a bike or other large items, please email our team to request storage space at least 72 hours before your preferred train trip begins.
